Egan Inoue: Helping Others Achieve

December 20, 20120 Comments

Very cool video about Egan Inoue, a Hawaiian BJJ player and former MMA competitor.

Egan was the first American to ever win a World Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Championship (blue belt division)… way back in 1996. The following year (’97), he went back to win in the Purple belt division as well.

He also fought in Pride Fighting Championships (Pride 5, 6 & 13).

So, obviously he is known for his BJJ and MMA prowess, but did you know that he was a World Raquetball Champion? And that he was a free diver and had a swimming scholarship for University of Hawaii.

He was also a millionaire by 26… and lost it all.

These days he helps others achieve their own goals through his fitness studios in Hawaii.
